How This Started

anchglen.info LLC began with a simple observation. We noticed adults in their 40s, 50s, and 60s were hungry for fitness experiences that actually felt fun. Not intimidating. Not age-restrictive. Just real movement to real music with real people.

Traditional gyms weren't cutting it. Most fitness options were either too high-intensity or felt disconnected from community. We saw people stepping back from group fitness because nothing matched their energy, their lifestyle, or their social needs. That's when we decided to change the equation.

We've been hosting Zumba classes, line dancing sessions, step aerobics meetups, and rhythm-based cardio workouts since 2019. What started as a handful of participants has grown into a movement. Today, we're operating events across multiple states, and we're just getting started.
